An original acrylic painting depicting a journey through the peak district.
This paintings was created from photographs and sketches I had done while on day trips to the Peak District. I expanded on the sketches and worked from photographs, picking out as many colours as I could see and inverting or emphasising them with an abstract painting style, attempting to capture the weather and atmosphere of a day in the Peaks.
This painting is on 30.2 x 25.4 cm canvas board, sealed with satin spray varnish and signed on the reverse, ready to be framed.
