Shipping policy

Delivery Options:

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout, however all orders are sent with Second (Standard) or First Class (Select Express - only available for some items) postage via Royal Mail. If you require tracked or signed for services, please contact me via the contact page or email at franrawlingsart@gmail.com prior to ordering. 

Processing Time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies but will be between 1-3 working days. If you need your order sooner please contact me prior to placing an order. 

International Delivery:

I currently offer shipping to the UK and Europe, with prices varying depending on weight and size of the items. I do not currently offer shipping to areas outside of the UK or Europe, however if you live outside of these areas and you are really interested in an item, please contact me and I can look into shipping costs and options for you. 

Please note- Delays due to Royal Mail are out of our control.

Packaging:

Packaging used to send items is recycled or recyclable as much as possible including biodegradable cellophane sleeves to protect prints and acid free tissue paper.
