Refund policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I have a 14 day return policy. You must contact me within this time to request a return and returns must be received within 28 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is returned showing signs of damage you may not be eligible for a full refund.

To request a return, contact me at franrawlingsart@gmail.com or via the contact page. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for return postage costs and any initial postage costs will not be refunded. In the case of items being lost during postage I will not be held responsible. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations:

Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase. If the item ordered has already been dispatched unfortunately I will not be able to cancel the order. In this situation if decide you still would not like the item, you will need to return the item and will need to refer to the returns information above. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is badly damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exchanges

Due to the nature of my work, turnaround time means we do not accept exchanges. You are welcome to return your item under the above conditions and re-order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders
